Job Title: OCM Consultant
Location: NYC, NY (Weekly 1-2 times visit at client location))
Skills:
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for Clients by leveraging a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support communication efforts with the client in reference to OCM efforts, enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
Assess the change impact and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Job Type: Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- New York, NY 10001: Relocate before starting work (Required)
